ARGUMENTS
value: The value that you want to round if it's equal to a specific value.
equal_value: The equal to number.

GENERIC FORMULA

ARGUMENTS
value: The value that you want to round if it's equal to a specific value.
equal_value: The equal to number.

EXPLANATION

This formula uses the IF function to check if the value that is to be rounded is equal to a specific number. If the IF function returns a TRUE value, meaning that the number that is being tested is equal to a specific number, the formula will round the number through the use of the ROUND function. If the number does not equal to the specific number the formula will return the exact number that is being tested, without rounding it.
